Motorcycles of Manchester announced the opening of their third location in Revere, MA in 2014 to specialize in selling quality pre-owned motorcycles and is also the home of Eagle Rider Boston. The project was a redevelopment which required the demolition of a 12,100 ft²± existing building and construction of the new 12,130 ft²± facility. Our key accomplishments include coordination with the Engineering Department, Revere DPW, and Fire Department for final Site Plan Approval. The specific site design tasks included stormwater management, reconfiguration of existing curb cuts to allow low-profile vehicles to enter/exist the facility, and new utility services.
