Residential

1021 Kingston’s Place

Although this project was ultimately withdrawn the mere size and complexity is worthy of mentioning. 1021 Kingston’s Place was positioned to be a spectacular 100 Ac mixed use project located in Kingston, MA. Its location was conveniently situated at the terminal end of the Kingston Commuter rail giving easy access to Boston as well as being in close proximity to Cape Cod. The existing use was a gravel pit surrounded by residential and some commercial uses.
