Highpoint was retained by Griffith Properties over several years to provide land planning, consulting, permitting and entitlement, and civil engineering services for an existing warehouse facility comprising of a 15-acre parcel and a 232,500 sf warehouse. In 2020, expedited design and permitting for parking lot expansion and layout and stormwater management improvements to allow Amazon to expand their operation and occupy the entire warehouse facility. We are especially proud of the level of service we were able to provide under very difficult conditions due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
