The Project is in The Pinehills, a classic New England Village, offering residential developments, various restaurants, retail shops, business offices, and Golf Club featuring two 18-hole championship golf courses. Hanover Pinehills 2 Project is a multi-family residential development located on the south corner of The Pinehills Development, adjacent to Route 3 in Plymouth. Highpoint was responsible for extensive planning and site engineering in order to expedite a submission to local municipal authorities and The Pinehills Development Authority for permit. Highpoint also supported the Project throughout construction. The Project consists of 260 units in two residential buildings with associated Clubhouse, Pool Complex, Mail Room support structures, Dog Walk Area, landscaped courtyards, associated parking facilities, etc.
