Nichole O’Konski Dunphy—Project Manager

Nichole graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology in 1994 with a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.  She later earned her Title 5 Inspector’s license from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Her professional experience spans all aspects of a project from design through construction, and she has worked within many market sectors including multi-family residential, commercial/retail, and industrial developments.  She is an excellent project manager with strong organizational and communication skills.  Nichole’s technical expertise and knowledge of proprietary engineering design programs such as AutoCAD/LDD/Civil 3D, M-Color, AutoTurn, and HydroCAD complements her engineering skills.  Combine these attributes with her responsiveness and you see why Nichole is such a valuable engineer during construction, where if necessary she can quickly develop alternative design solutions and obtain approvals from municipalities and contractors in short timeframes.  She is an expert in hydrology and stormwater management design, with experience incorporating Low Impact Development (LID) initiatives into her projects to balance the interests of the developer, municipalities, and the environment.

Nichole grew up in Braintree, and currently lives in Weymouth with her daughter Taylor.  Nichole likes to travel, spend time with her daughter and nieces and spend time with her friends and family. She is most happy in the warm weather and spends as much time as she can at the beach in the summer.  Nichole loves live music and to cook for guests when entertaining.  She has an outgoing personality and is always ready for the next challenge.
