Highpoint was retained by Campanelli to support the construction of a 200,000sf warehouse/industrial building. The project was previously permitted and approved by Highpoint for a previous developer who sold the property to Campanelli. Site design modifications included a combination of revised site plan to support new building design, coordination of entries, truck loading, utility cores, new roof drain collection system design, and adjusted site grading to better balance earthwork and minimize soil export. In addition to site plan design for construction Highpoint also reviewed the modified site plan with the Taunton Planning Board and MassDevelopment to confirm design consistency with the originally approved plans. Highpoint worked closely with the client and provided construction administrative services and assisted with project close-out requirements.
