30 Dan Road is an existing 80,000± sf office building situated in an industrial park setting off Turnpike Street (Route 138) in Canton. The Shearwater Companies acquired the building in 2020 and is in the process of converting the existing office use to life science use. Specifically, the project is adding 50,000± sf of high-bay laboratory space to accommodate the needs of a new single tenant. Highpoint is providing planning, permitting, and civil engineering services to assist with the building conversion and expansion.
