Highpoint provided civil engineering and permitting services for Bernardi Autogroup’s new Volvo dealership on Rte 9 in Natick, MA. Highpoint worked to utilize existing infrastructure on-site to accommodate a new Volvo prototype auto dealership with six (6) service bays. Retained by the owner, Highpoint worked with the Natick Planning Board and MADOT to permit the site. Highpoint worked with Regent Architects, designer of many auto dealerships in MA. The site is located in a water supply protection district and extensive stormwater review was required with the town of Natick. Highpoint was able to utilize and amend an existing 20-year old stormwater infiltration system for a significant savings to the owner. Site Plan Approval and Special Permits were acquired for this project.
