The Business Park of Middleboro is a 220-acre business park. Highpoint team members provided planning, civil/site engineering, and permitting services for several development sites within the development. To date, team members have been partially responsible for site engineering and permitting of over one million sf of space for clients such as Champion Exposition Services, NES Clothing Company, Plymouth Savings Bank, Sager Electronics, and the Christmas Tree Shops Distribution Facility. Key accomplishments for this project include successful permitting with municipal agencies, including the selective permitting of a distribution facility 70 feet high, designing and permitting innovative stormwater management facilities, and developing measures that successfully mitigate sound, line of sight, and potential light pollution that might otherwise affect abutting residential properties.
