First Citizens called upon Highpoint Engineering to support them in their endeavor to modify an existing facility so that remote drive through use could be instituted. Working closely with the architect and owner Highpoint was able to develop a design scheme that worked within the parameters of the neighborhood layout and permitted the project effectively through local municipal authorities. New stormwater LID design was implemented from ACF Environmental. Overall, new parking, landscaping, hardscape, pedestrian routes and a brand new remote drive-through service was successfully constructed.
