Located in Plymouth at Colony Place. Hanover Colony Place is a multi-family residential development located adjacent to Colony Place, a 100+ acre mixed-use retail center. Highpoint was responsible for extensive planning and site engineering in order to expedite a submission to local municipal authorities for permit. Highpoint also supported the Project throughout construction. The project consists of approximately 320 units in four residential buildings with associated Clubhouse, Pool Complex, Mail Room support structures, Dog Walk Area, landscaped courtyards, associated parking facilities, etc.
