Highpoint has worked with various developers over the years on this parcel of land. In 2019 Highpoint was retained to develop a site plan design for up to 1MSF of central distribution center use. The project site is challenged with environmental restraints and access. Working closely with our client, teaming consultants and local municipal stakeholders it was ultimately decided that project was to be abandoned. Along the way significant thought and design was implemented and provided for layout, utility design, site aggregation and entitlement strategy.
Earlier in 2006 prior to changes in the retail market sector the site was considered for retail mixed use. Significant due diligence was provided at that time as the site has remained undeveloped since prior permitting was completed in the 80’s for a subdivision of the property.
