Highpoint let permitting efforts for a new leasing initiative at SunLife’s Corporate HQ in Wellesley, MA. Working closely with Planning and the Conservation Commission, entitlements were secured that allowed stakeholders for the project to advance design documents for additional life safety improvements and a new ADA compliant corporate entrance. Extensive construction coordination was needed given the complexity of the project which enabled the project to work through winter conditions.
