The Weyerhaeuser Distribution complex is a 66,000 sf warehouse and distribution facility located adjacent to the CSX railroad in Freetown, Massachusetts. The property is located on 21 acres of a 90-acre master planned business park that was previously approved by the town. Services included revisions to the master plan to accommodate the actual program requirements of Weyerhaeuser, site engineering, and municipal master plan and design review for the project. In addition, design of a new railway spur alignment accommodating the building location was required, including obtaining approvals from CSX railroad.
