Core Values

We like to think about ourselves as a small company that does big work.  In order to do so it is important to hold ourselves to higher standards.  It’s about how we conduct business in a public environment and how the people we do business with respect our opinion and value what we have to say.  Most importantly it is about our core values.

There are many words that may describe who we are and what Highpoint is all about but in the end we can categorize them into only a few.

Our Core Values:

Professionalism — Our clients rely on us to represent them in a public environment.  Whether it is at a Planning Board meeting, on a construction site or sitting in neighbors’ living room explaining the details of a project our clients need to trust that we will do the right thing and represent them properly.  Being a professional to us means that our clients can trust that we will represent them in all situations and they can rely on us as one of their partners.

Work EthicWe will not be out worked. Milestones and deadlines are integral parts of our business model and our clients rely on us to deliver on time and on budget.  We work very hard at making sure our deliverables are met and that our clients and associated consultants can rely on us.  Planning and good project management are always paramount but things don’t always go as planned.  Sometimes you just need to roll up your sleeves and get it done.

TeamTeam to us has several meanings.  Internally, we have a very tight team and rely heavily on each other on a daily basis.  We all have are strengths and weaknesses so it is important to work as a collective unit. We also work hard at developing solid and long lasting relationships with the consultants we do business with.  Finally, we are partners with our clients.  Our clients success is our success and vice versa.

IntegrityIntegrity is a word that describes character.  Commitment to excellence, accountability for our actions, and quality of our workmanship are character traits we strongly believe in.
