Highpoint Engineering is based in Dedham, MA, conveniently located off Route 1A near Legacy Place.

Flexible Work
Highpoint promotes a flexible work schedule. Employees have the option of working from home (remote), working in the office, or a combination of both (hybrid). The firm has invested heavily in technology and hardware to allow all employees to enjoy a work/life balance. All employees are equipped with two complete workstation setups—one setup for remote work and one setup for local/in office work. Every employee is furnished state-of-the-art equipment and provided access to our MSP IT provider for complete support. The entire firm manages all email and MS Office products via our cloud based O365 subscription. Our CRM is cloud based and run by Cosential and all billing and time management is cloud based and operated by Bigtime an AEC leader in time management.
