In 2015 Cambridge Isotope Laboratories completed interior/exterior renovations including the conversion of a 3,000± sf interior open-air courtyard to enclosed laboratory space. Highpoint provided civil engineering and permitting services to assist with the closure and retrofit of existing utilities within the former courtyard and site stormwater management improvements to mitigate increased peak flows prior to discharge to the existing on-site bordering vegetated wetland.
