Highpoint was retained by our client to provide land planning, civil engineering, consulting, and permitting services for the construction of a four-story, residential building with below-grade parking. Highpoint was part of a development team and focused on site preparation, drainage improvements, utility upgrades, and an extension of new utility services from the street to the building. Highpoint coordinated with the MWRA on the design and approval of an oil/grease separator to treat the drainage from the below-grade parking lot. We also worked closely with the client, owner, project team, and local municipality to help expedite the work.
