We have provided consulting, planning, civil engineering and permitting services for multiple distribution and branch facilities in Massachusetts including Bellingham, Falmouth, and Hyannis. These projects, ranging from 30,000 sf – 70,000 sf, were building renovation/expansion and site redevelopments of commercial properties to meet the operational requirements of F.W. Webb. We were the lead permitting consultant in the Falmouth and Hyannis projects securing both local permitting and detailed environmental review as Developments of Regional Impact with the Cape Cod Commission. In addition, we provided planning services for F.W. Webb’s flagship one-million square foot central distribution facility in Southern New Hampshire.
