Throughout our 10 years in business working on complex projects in multi-disciplined markets, we have built some internal core values that guide our daily work.
Our History
We are a full-service civil engineering and consulting firm led by managing principals Doug Hartnett, and Mike Fabbiano. At Highpoint, our leadership fosters an entrepreneurial culture where project experience and design efficiency are key to our success. Our lengthy civil engineering experience dating back to 2010 distinguishes us from our peers and adds value for our clients. Each and every client receives unique services and benefits from the diverse skill set of our employees. Our team is always working to lower costs, remain on time and ultimately provide the best work we can for our clients.

Team
The idea of team extends not just to our employees, but to the overall collaborative nature that is part of our culture. More importantly we believe that all parties involved in our projects are part the team; Owners, sub-consultants, contractors, architects, MEP/FP, and other project consultants are included. Our large extended team becomes an addition to our consulting ability, we lend guidance in other aspects of the project that may not be directly associated with civil engineering.
Integrity
“Make your momma proud” or “taking the high road” embody this core value. We believe in the importance of honesty and having strong moral values. Our integrity means that clients can trust us to complete their projects. We also protect the public using sound engineering practices for our designs and represent clients in public venues.
Professionalism
Our clients rely on us to represent them in various public and private environments. Whether it is at a public hearing, on a construction site, or a one-on-one meeting with a public official, we represent our clients as though we are members of their own team. Their best interests are ours best interests and we take great pride in owning this responsibility.
Work Ethic
Put simply, we refuse to be outworked. We work diligently to meet project milestones and deliverables are sent on time. Planning and good project management is imperative, but we recognize that things don’t always go as planned. Sometimes you just need to roll up your sleeves and get it done.
