Weymouth Woods is comprised of Weymouth Woods Corporate Center and Weymouth Woods Medical Center. Our key accomplishments on the project included variance approvals, securing a special permit through the Planning Board, Conservation Commission’s approval for an extensive stormwater management plan, relocated wetlands and the design and permitting of a pedestrian bridge. Site specific tasks consisted of master planning, comprehensive permitting (local, state and federal), stormwater management, construction administration, site design and a public hearing presentation.
