The world headquarters for this global retailer is a 810,000 SF building complex that straddles the Framingham/Natick town lines. The 39-acre site was the location of a major distribution center prior to its redevelopment as the TJX Corporate Headquarters.
Key services included providing surveying, civil/site engineering, permit expediting and construction administration services for this phased development. Phase 1 of the project comprised of 600,000 SF of office space. Three years later, a new campaign was spear-headed and the design and permitting efforts were instituted to expand the project to its full 810,000 SF.
